How a call becomes a list
No new phone, no SIM, no app on the other side. Dimts sits between you and the person you're calling.
Dimts rings you
Dial from Dimts, or let customers call your Dimts business number. Your own phone rings first.
They hear a notice
Before anyone speaks, the other person hears that the call is recorded. Where the law asks for it, both of you press 1.
You just talk
Prices, quantities, dates. Nobody takes notes, nobody puts anyone on hold.
The list is waiting
What was agreed, what you owe, what you're waiting on, and the follow-up email, ready to send.
What you get after every call
Every line links back to the second it was said, so when someone says "I never agreed to that", you can play it.

Recorded with consent, every time
"This call is recorded and summarized by Dimts AI."What the other person hears before anyone speaks.
The notice plays on every recorded call. On Gulf, German and Austrian numbers, where the law asks for it, both people press 1 to agree. Nobody presses 1? The call still connects, just without recording.
Call content is encrypted at rest and only you can read it. Anyone you've called can ask for their data to be deleted at the privacy request page. Read our guide to recording business calls legally.
Questions
Is it legal to record my business calls with Dimts?
Every recorded call starts with a spoken notice before anyone talks. Where the law asks for everyone's agreement, such as Gulf, German and Austrian numbers, both people press 1 or the call connects without recording. You are still responsible for the rules where you work; our consent guide covers the main ones.
Do I need a new phone or SIM?
No. Dimts rings the phone you already have, then connects the other person. On a paid plan you also get a business number that customers can call.
Which countries does Dimts work in?
Plan minutes cover calls in the US, Canada, the UK and the European Economic Area. Calls to the Gulf use prepaid credits on top of your plan.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial lasts 21 days and includes 5 minutes of calls. Afterwards every past call stays readable and searchable for free; new recorded calls need Pro or Business.
Who can see my calls?
Only you. Call content is encrypted at rest, and Dimts staff tools show account metadata, not recordings or transcripts. You can export or delete everything from Settings.
Can I send follow-ups by WhatsApp or Telegram?
Yes, from the Dimts app: tap Share on the follow-up and pick WhatsApp, Telegram, text or any other app. Email opens in your mail app or saves as a Gmail draft, and meetings go to Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar. Nothing is sent until you tap send.
When are the iPhone and Android apps coming?
Soon. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once, the day they're in the stores. Everything already works in your browser, on any phone or computer.
